Who We Are

Accountability is Our Key to Success

There are few industries more misunderstood then network marketing. It thrives despite widespread disdain amongst many uneducated circles. The industry continues to demonstrate its power and has proven to be a legitimate and time-proven career path for many entrepreneurs. However, it is also an industry that has received more than its fair share of criticism from its naysayers, some of it admittedly deserved. Companies, field marketers, executives and vendors that are a part of this industry must take individual accountability seriously to keep this industry viable for new entrepreneurs.

The concept of network marketing is extremely powerful and provides a true Abundance Exchange for its participants IF AND ONLY IF the company is managed correctly, operates ethically, demonstrates creativity, and provides innovative and valuable products.

Currently, bad network marketing companies and good network marketing companies, for better or for worse, share the same reputation in the public eye.

Industry insiders and successful distributors know how to separate the wheat from the tares, but to the general public all industry participants are largely viewed the same. We want to change that.

At Boyle Network we diligently strive to provide good companies better tools and advice they can use to help their entrepreneurs thrive. Our true goal is to help the entrepreneurs that give a company their trust. The field puts their reputation on the line night after night for the company. Companies have an utmost duty of care to understand their representatives and how to better help them thrive physiologically and economically.

At Boyle Network we want to be a part of making network marketing better. We believe that this is done by focusing on the needs of the individual entrepreneurs first, and the rest will fall into place.

Jeffery Boyle

Founder

I am a entrepreneur, I always have been. When I was eight I used to ride my bike across town to a wholesale candy company and sell it at retail to the local neighborhood kids. As strange as it may sound, that candy store was an incredible learning opportunity and set my path as an entrepreneur.

I have succeeded at many opportunities and ventures, but I have also had my fair share of failures. My failures have been powerful tools to help me understand the needs of the people I work and grow businesses with. I love being an entrepreneur and helping others succeed. Home based business provide entrepreneurs opportunities with low start up costs and the ability to associate with others who love to improve. Home-based businesses can also be an incredible way to make money.

After serving as a Vice President of Sales for a large public company, I decided to return to school and earn my Juris Doctorate. My degree has proven to be very useful in my business ventures and help others build their businesses with optimism but also with the needed foundation a legal background can provide.

I have had a tremendous diversity of experience in business starting with a successful direct sales business in the early 90s, a dot com business owner in the late 90s, executive experience within a public company, a business magazine publisher, a judicial clerkship for a federal judge and the CEO of a multi-national health company. I look forward to continued learning from others and making my ventures a success with the great people who work with and around me.

Personal Mission Statement

I am creating a worldwide organization dedicated to improving the quality of life worldwide. I am allied with companies that make products and services at a profit, which is in harmony with the law of compensation.

These products and services are created and sold with like-minded people who share in a purpose that encourages people to create prosperity mindedness for themselves, their family, their business associates, their community and ultimately for the world.

Creative Director

While I have not yet bungee-jumped off of the tallest bridge or spent the night in an igloo, I lead an extraordinary life. After spending most of my childhood as an east-coast kid my family uprooted and moved to the west in search of greener pastures. While growing up I was always snapping images of anything that interested me, drawing new characters, or cutting together footage of my buddies and my latest adventures. Eventually I found myself working at a nuclear power plant. Although it wasn’t a path I stuck with maybe that’s where I got my glowing personality which has become so well suited for my creative environment.

I am formally educated as a design aficionado but it doesn’t mean much without the experiences I have been given and the passion I have for the opportunities that cross my path. If I lead a life without photography, film, design, or music I’d go crazy. Of course it’s always nice to fit a little quality time with my friends and some fly-fishing in there too. I’d like to be able to say that I am not a techno-nerd, but I am. I enjoy finding new ways for technology to help me achieve the next best design. Creative innovation, storytelling, and visual voodoo make me smile; experiencing emotions and feedback based on reactions to my work is what pushes me forward. There’s nothing more inspiring than starting with a blank slate and creating something straight from your mind that invokes an emotion or thought from a stranger. My heart is in what I create and I want to make you say, “How’d he do that?”

Jennifer Howard

Project Manager

The greater portion of my life was spent living in different parts of our beloved United States.  I thrive on the opportunity and challenge to learn about new cultures, environments, communities, etc.  Making lasting relationships in every new place is arguably my greatest achievement.

I love helping people! After completing a Bachelor in Anthropology from San Diego State University, I was awarded a scholarship to Hawaii Pacific University where I earned a Masters in Organizational Change, combining my passion for business, culture, performance improvement research and making organizations successful!

A lifelong competitive equestrian showjumper, my two incredible horses teach me more about myself each day.  A swimmer at heart, who loves free diving, surfing, wakeboarding… just try to keep me out of the ocean, lake or kiddie pool… I dare you. Sports are my hobby, especially new ones. Skydiving is statistically safer than driving, no really. Look it up.

Project Manager is just one of my hats.  Caring for others and improving performance are my primary objectives in life.

Cinematographer/Editor/Animator

I have been actively involved in the visual arts for a very long time. By the age of thirteen, I built my own camera. At the age of sixteen, I built my own photo darkroom. I have been a professional cinematographer since 2005, and motion graphics artist since 2007.

My academic credentials and professional accolades include a bachelor’s degree in cinematography from Brooks Institute of Photography, camera operator for Harpo Productions (The Oprah Winfrey Show), compositing artist for a beverage commercial starring Mandy Moore, and media specialist for several production companies throughout the United States. Other notable works include work with Meredith Publishing, corporate videos and productions involving known celebrities such as Danny Glover, olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson, funk star Bootsy Collins and various national politicians.

I have a beautiful wife and two wonderful children. I love living in the mountain west and spending much of my time outdoors.

In addition to my professional aspirations I also won a national championship in regatta sailboat racing, have played guitar for several bands, taught ballroom dance for Arthur Murray, surf, snowboard, wakeboard, and embrace any chance I can get to try or learn something new.

I’ve always been interested in computers; whether it was playing games, solving problems, developing, or messing with the latest and greatest tech-toys. After a long stretch of collegiate effort and an even longer stretch of kitchen work, I feel very fortunate to have found myself in a position that my surroundings not only recognize and respect my inner geek, but also demand it along with the online analytical processor constantly churning inside my head.

While my formal training in Information Technology Management with an emphasis is Computer Networking doesn’t directly equip me with skills in development, it does provide another level of insight on the interactions and requests that fire off between multiple endpoints and understanding the real magic that happens behind the scenes.

When I’m not nerding out and writing or reading code I’m usually enjoying the relaxing sounds of old school gaming music pumping outward from my Nintendo (yes, you just read that, I still play the original console on an almost daily basis).
